bradford red boxes down

looks like the red boxes are down, my mates won`t pick a thing up and it has the most recent software on it, i have a eurovox black max v and thats fine. no new cards as yet. but we only live about a mile apart, his will do nothing at all from factory reset and scan.

would it now be dead?

are there any other software updates for the red box? last one is 2008. nothing in d/load section, is any other firmware compatible, i think its odd how my max v works on my signal but not the red. thanks in advance

no need for firmware update the keys have not changed but it looks like a fault with the tunner.
