    Virgin have changed all frequencies.

Virgin have changed all channel frequencies.
Just do a user/manual scan. Move the new frequencies over to your Favs if required. The old frequencies will not work.

If this hasn't happened to you yet it will do very soon.
You'll notice a few new test channels and name changes etc.

Do a scan m8, it depends what box you are using, the box should detect the new frequencies.
DBox using an old sportser image last night missed a few channels.
"official" boxes are not affected, but any emulated boxes might need a manual scan, to pick up, the bits and bats.

Don't know about the ex 1100, but you should have something called channel manager in the menu, you then have to delete them from there ...a long boring process ...I know of nothing that will do it for you other than that ...

I have the ex1100 and had the same problem all i did was a factory reset and a Fast Scan then everything was fine this has to be quicker than manualy deleting channels also if u dont fancy doing a factory rest there is an option to just delete all channels and then you could rescan them that might work also.

erase all channels first before your powerscan, or you'll end up with your old useless channels, besides the new working channels. It will take far longer editing/deleting the non-working ones, than a new powerscan
