hi is there a way to get my box back up or any new codes i have a eurovox blue and lives in dartford

Re flash it with the latest firmware that should sort the ex1100 no card problem.

if you did a factory reset you will have to enable the emu

It means they have changed to the new encryption system so thats it no fix is available no new box nothing will work at present so its the end of free cable tv
