Please help for Eurovox Max

Please help if you can.

First of all this is my sister's box all I know is Eurovox Max Printed on the front of it.
I don't know if is Blue, Red or Black pleas how do I identify the type of this box?

I have no idea what firmware I can use to fix this box?
