Re-scan and you should be ok

last night watch barcelona game so box was fine turn on box this morning all channel have gone live on the wirral just run a deep scan got back all my channel negra 3 have nothin on this nigro hope this work for all of having problem ( I am a black afro/carribean so dont be offended cus i am not LOL

do a factory reset delete all channels then do a deep scan should all come bk

hi ive got the eurovox5000 im oon virgin media in birmingham the box was working fine but the it stopped kept say 'no or bad signal'
ive tried doing a powerscan several times this evening to no avail

some please help

do a factory reset delete all channels,then turn box off for 5 seconds turn bk on and do a deep scan not power scan also make sure u are using the right area code

have u received new card coz if u have the eurovox is toast m8,but if u havnt u should be able to get them bk

no ive tried the restore to factory and the deep scan but nothing
i havent got any new card from virgin

wht is the area code i shud b using does anyone know also where do i input this area code
sorry im new to this never had a prob before this so never really messed with it

when you do a scan it comes up with a box with a code at the top eg 6.592 u can change this by using your direction arrows on remote,which area r u in

im in birmingham and the area code that came up was 6.952 is this correct
