eurovox max

i have old eurovox max, i have cleared the channels of the box and then redone a power scan but it is not bringing up any channels at all, when doing the power scan the bit that says TP were the channe;s should go stays empty, can anyone help me get my channels back as i have no TV now, i am in the Greenock area of Scotland cheers

Hi m8 welcome to the forum
you must be scanning the wrong symbol rate try 6887 if you still dont get any channels change it to 6952
