could be n3, new encryption, have cards for vermin been delivered in your area, if so no fix?

Thanks for your response, I dont get any new cards for my virgin but I got my vergin connection few days ago only

I need to know there is software update for this Nagra 3? I just brought the box a week ago, I feel so bad
