Time settings help please.

    Time settings help please.

    Hi,can someone please help and guide me through the changing of the time seetings on my 5100pvr,ive gone into config,time settings,turned the gmt usage off so i can change the time,forward an hour,then when i press save and exit ,then exit the menu,yes the time on front of screen has changed but the programs are one hour behind,and if i switch system off from the back then power back up it goes back to old time,,,this is doing my nappa in big style,so can some wizz explain what to do please,before it getts flung.

    once youve changed the time you have to turn the box off, leave it for a wee bit then turn it back on.

      Before I went linux I always had EUROVOX boxes; BLUE, MAX-V,
      1000 sl (their worst box ever) , & 5100 pvr.
      Not an expert but an avid user I will tell you how to fix TIME.
      Go to TIME SETTING,
      Turn on GMT usage
      Scroll left or right on TIME ZONE to display correct CURRENT
      TIME
      HIT RED TO SAVE SETTINGS.
      Go to USER INSTALLATION, hit RED to UPDATE CHANNELS
      After AUTOSORT go to TIME SETTINGS.
      Make sure correct time is displayed
      Turn off GMT USage , HIT RED TO SAVE
      SIN ABHUIL
