ex7000hd + scrambled channels

i have a problem with my box, im getting only sky sports, ..all other premium channels showing scrambled...anybody help me,...im in london hounslow..ihave ex7000hd+ ...thanks in advance,,

Do you hav a splitter?if so remove that and scan again
also is the box flashed with the latest firmware?

Does it connect straight in the cable from the wall or is the lead split to feed another telly or modem?

what area are you in? which premium channels ARE working?

i am in london hounslow..near to heathrow...
from one cable it is connected to the modem also...but it was working properly for one month with same connections i am waiting 4 ur ideas..thank u

You need a direct feed from the wall to the back of the cable box.the channels will of moved frequency so the box will need retuning.
Do a factory reset and deep installation

both the N1 and N3 streams will be currently live, they'll be switching the mux's off 1 at a time to make sure everything goes smoothly.
