Was watching tv fine last night, woke up this morning to find car has a puncture, could not change wheel so had to have day off, turned on eurovox box to find nothing. Has dirty nag3 kicked in, in brum then? anyone else with same problem? not tried a scan yet and will try a code update from keymaster but keys shown on there are very old. Any clues? im in halesowen area

rescan the box it will come back up FOR NOW. nag3 is coming just look out for a new card and then you know your days are numbered. i been told by easter it will be changed over

just contacted VM, and services are down in the midlands including stourbridge, dudly, b'ham etc, and should be working tommorrow by 8am.....

Hi joe_90_ Can you just give us some info as to what box youre thinking of buying and why?
There is NO box out there that will de-crypt the nag3 enctyption. So when nag3 comes to your area all you will get is a blank screen.

Guys they are changing the firmware and moving transponders. All Services are moving to one service (no more ex tw ntl etc).

When you do a scan again you will notice all the channels from over the country appearing.

bbc scotland, wales, ireland etc.

Thats all.

Nah mate, nothing of the sort. I did have some problem as well but its all sorted now. Try scanning again.

cgscott is right!! I got some dodgy Irish channels. Horse racing n stuff..

Reset and rescanned, as the above post says, channels seem to be grouped differently than before, the channel list now reads more like a freesat lineup (BBC wales BBC Scot etc) some of the lesser viewed +1 channels have dropped off (whether they are still broadcasting or not i dont know)
i now have extra detail in the channel names, namely the sly movie channels have changed to Sly Action & Adventure or Crime & Drama etc (god knows why) and i have a brand new channel called sly showcase, which i can only imagine was called something else before today.

I have also picked up a new security display page (the no questions asked one, and a trailer channel showing you what to do with your new card when it arrives.

For now enjoy, but brace yourselves .......for it is coming....and soon, dont be upset, just be glad of the free time you have had, dont blame Vermin, they are only taking back what you have taken from them afterall.

Guys we are not on here to misguide and spread nonsense.

Nagra 3 is coming to us all and when you receive your new viewing cards then its very close. Couple of weeks tops.

People have panick posted instead of reading through older threads. A simple search on here would throw up everything asked for the past few months since ireland was first introduced to the new firmware.

Enjoy whatever time you have left and next time your box loses a channel or channels (without having received the card) then simply do a scan after 5-6 hours.

This applies to everyone in the future who loses channels for the downtime it takes VM to adjust and upgrade to the new 3.17 firmware.

Subbed Legit boxes do not suffer channell loses during this process but simply reboot for a few minutes. Usually they will do this upgrade during the small hours hence the reason when you get out your bed in the morning and turn on your "additional box" the panic sets in.
