Guys I all my channels wne down this morning, Ive done a factory reset 3 times now and a auto scan 5 times and still cant get any channels =( anyone know why this might be? I have the Eurovox 2007 model if that helps, this one:

are you using a splitter? if so disconnect it and put the cable feed directly into your box and try a power scan, mine had all scrambled this morning but all back now, im in dudleyComment

Mine were all gone too in Walsall, but doing a delete all channels and a scan they are all back again a lot of them in triplicate ....and others I have never heard of took a long while deleting to get some sort of order back ....later investigation found that the problem was caused by Virgin Media having problems.it seems that all is ok now ....Last edited by telecom69; 1 April, 2010, 03:38.Comment

I'm from Telford and mine were down yesterday!! Factory reset, power scan and channel scan X2 worked for me. Got a few extra channels too!!Comment
