It has changed TP to 295.000Mhz he needs to edit the old frequency to this and do a manual scan.
If its a Max V it will have autosort, follow below to turn off. If its an earlier model just follow the edit guide.
1. Press Menu/Installation/Fast Install and press OK (use 1004 if asked for pin).
2. Now press the red button on the remote for advanced install
Scroll down, turn Fav Sort off
3. Press Exit on the remote (DO NOT PRESS OK ) and the TP screen will appear.
4. You can select individual frequencies by scrolling to them and pressing OK on the remote, this will put a tick next to them.
5. You can then do a (Blue button) manual scan on those frequencies
or you can press the red button and update all channels.I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer. - Douglas Adams -
