strange max v problem

hi, i have a max v thats only getting the freeview channels and every other channel is saying code to be updated, i have done a scan and changed the frequency to 6887 as i am in teeside, any help would be great is there new firmware out isf so could someone point me in the right direction

have you tried leaving the channel updating for 5 mins, just to see if will clear

sorted now - had to put the codes in manually, i wonder why

used to have this problem all the time, I updated to latest firmware and everything was sorted from there
