    Hi m8 welcome to DK.
The files your are after are located here>Digital Kaos - Downloads - Firmware but as this is your first post, you will have to wait about 15minutes for the server to update your details.
Why not have a good look around the forum while you wait.

providing you've got the right drivers for yuor usb/serial adapter, and the fm-fm serial is a null modem cable and not just a pin to pin, then you need your com ports configuring

have you tried, as with my box, turning the ev off at mains, hit download button on software then turning on eurovox

                    1. Go to the Start Menu
                    2. Right click on "My Computer"
                    3. Select "Properties"
                    4. Click on the "Hardware" tab
                    5. Click on "Device Manager"
                    6. Click the + sign next to "Ports (COM & LPT)"
                    7. One of the listed ports should indicate which port your USB adapter is connected to (e.g. COM1, COM2, COM3, etc.)
                    8. Go back to your software program that you use to transfer data and make sure it is looking at the correct port.
                    9. You should be able to transfer data once the correct port is selected
