Because its not GMT at the moment its BST (British Summer Time) which is GMT + 1 Hour.

I have a solution which works on the Max V, it should be the same aslong as you are in the right menu section to begin with......here it is...

Instruction for re-setting time (after a GMT hour change)

Access menu and turn GMT ON.

Move to time zone section and scroll so that it shows
the correct time and press RED to save.

Exit back to main menu and enter FAST INSTALL.
Make sure that the autosort feature is turned OFF
(press EXIT and EXIT only once it is turned off
otherwise any other button will automatically turn it back on)

Goto ADVANCED INSTALL and press red, select the update channels button
and perform a full channel update.

The time problem should now be fixed, you may want to go the extra stepand go back into the menu>>>>>time settings>>>>>turn off GMT>>>>>press RED to save then EXIT. just to preserve the changes you have made.
