Can't get the channels back

Hi,
I have an ex5000. Lost all the channels a week ago. Downloaded the latest firmware and got the latest data keys. I am in the waltham abbey area - ex c*w. Also did deep scan. Nothing seems to work.

Need a miracle.

Any ideas??

If you check out the areas that are on N3 you'll find yours is on it

So, what you are saying is that although the channels are appearing on my tv but as scrambled, because of N3, i cannot unscramble them at all...until a way is found around it!!
