eurovox number locked

EUROVOX EX5000 PVR can any one help? I child locked it now it wont unlock with the number I put in or any other number I try

I think 1004 or 1008 should get you back in.

yes thats got me back in but now no channels have gone it said no transponer to scan?

do a deep scan on the symbol rate for your area 6887 or 6952 try them both
