ex1100 usb reciever or remote problem

the problem has only started on saturday, when i press say the volume button the volume keeps increasing as if i had the button held down, plus when i change channel the channels contantly change, as if i kept pressing the button.

i have put new batteris in but still the same problem? any ideas anyone could it be the remote or the reciever thanks

try looking at the remote with the camera on your phone and press the buttons that are giving you trouble. if the lens on the remote keeps flashing after you release the buttons, its your remote

fantastic advice , never knew you could do that mate, however the remote only flashes once not repeatadly thanks anyway

try unclipping casing and give inside a clean, kids etc leave all kinds of muck on remote.
