1100 usb channels gone

Eurovox ex 1100 usb..
wake up this morning and no channels at all.
well it shows the channel name but no video or epg...just black screen... what to do?
is this is the end of free channels?it`s not even written scrambled or something just black screen and complete silence...
please help

I did it after the comment I left, and it just went again during Hollyoaks!

What is going on?

it`s working now.but epg is gone...
tryed the epg reset firmware but it says wrong format...and when I flashed the same one few months ago everything was fine...mmm

mine did the same 3 hours ago in sunderland. weak or no signal on all channels (panic set in) but a factory reset and rescan sorted it. thank f**k

can anyone help i got ex1100 and my bro a ex7000hd i live rochdale him in moston i lost all mtvs and sum other channels he lost nowt but both have the ngsi test channels cud it be 1 box cope better than the other tried fac reset on mine n powerscan but no change any1 else got this

hi, can any one help me, I live in london, and my eurovox 1100, channels are scrambled, i've to factory reset, and scan powerscan, fast scan etc. I tried to use the december 09 firmware, and nothing's working, do I have to change symbol??, or use an older firmware, thanks!
