missing channnels

i carnt seem to get all the channels e.g i can get skysports 1,3 and 4 but not 2 also sky sports 4 is in the others section not the sport any help

when i press info twice on the missing channels it says 28% signal but in the middle of the black screen says no signal ???

if you hav'nt got a new card yet then do a factory reset then a power/deep scan without any splitters
