sky one frequency needed

I have lost sky one, I tried an auto scan but it didn't come back, I don't want to do a power scan for just one channel, if someone could post the frequency for sky one I'd appreciate it

try a manual update on the user installation menu then you don't lose your favourite settings. i usually lose my sports fav settings but it only takes 5 mins to sort it manually to add sky sports 1,2,3,4, news but i don't know if that's just my box. unless you use the a-z channel listings then it does not matter.
