Euroxox 1100 USB Cardiff

I had a euovox 1100 usb a few weeks ago, but I lost all my channels last week!

Since then I have been trying to sort my box out, but no luck.

Could someboby guide me through the stages of sorting my channels out?

factory reset and power scan should do it
