Mate if you post the area you are in and the service code you are recieving (mine is vm 5A 01) some of the more knowledgable guys on here will help you out very soon, but they will need some extra clues to work with before they can give you the info you need.

it maybe nagravision3 vms new encryption thats causing u probs, i cant give you
the frequencies as i dont live in your area, have u done a rescan ?

this has happened befor but i got it to work again

it could be vm moving channels about or changing frequencies, you could do a factory reset and a power scan -, my evoxes have been ~~~~ing up but always get them back after doing this. have vm sent u a new smart card yet ?
