I have a Eurovox ex 1100, connected to virgin feed through a splitter. First of all, I lost the movie channels (scrambled). I did a rescan and lost a few more channels. Did a firmware update through eurovox site (dec 09). As most channels (including most fta ones) appear as scrambled (by the way, I already did the factory setting, deleted and rescanned all channels). I have recently received the new nagra 3 smart card which is in the virgin box.
-I see that most people have the same problem who have been hit by the nagra 3, should I keep the box and wait for a new firmware update?
-As far as I know you you do not have to manually edit key codes on these machines, am I missing anything on that?
