    Answer needeed please

    I'm in the Liverpool area and getting no signal on all channels including terrestrial.
    Is this just my box or has Liverpool been installed with Nag3??

          Just has a little fiddle with the box (oo'er) and seems ok,however I have lost the audio!!!

              check that your scart lead is pushed fully home.
              also make sure you have it in the TV socket and not the VCR
