ex7000hd missing channels

over the last few days about 4-5 of my channels have disappeared and message on screen is check signal. im in n.ireland region. is this that start of nag3 in my area or would there be another problem. if so does anyone know how to fix these channels

i dont know if its n3 but you could try a factory reset then a deep scan on the symbol rate for your area and see if you get them back
