ex7000HD over max once N3 comes??

Hi I've been offered a Eurovox ex7000HD for ?50. Should I take it as N3 isn't up in my area.

I have a Eurovox max at the minute, once N3 comes will there be any advantage of having the ex7000HD over the max ie upscaling etc.

save your money and put it towards sat setup as 7000 has no advantage
