EX5000 and normal euro-vox

Hi i got ex5000 and euro-vox on ex5000 i have sky sports channels as working, but most others show up as scrambled...now i did too power scan on it but only getting most of the channels. Is there anything else i can try please? I am from Luton so maybe it's a case of N3, but surprised channels such as sky sports are working and others are not.

any kind of help will be appreciated. will try my other box in a bit too.

Have done about 3 for people today.

Delete all channels first, then do a full power scan, followed by another channel update. Has sorted all eurovox max v's out.

i done that before...where it scans those 770 and then another auto update begins, if that's what you mean?

Also get 'please insert smart card' tried almost everything really .
