Help with The Eurovox TX

Hi guys i recently got a new Eurovox TX... ( actually 3 ) and they dont seem to wanna load the latest version of firmwire .. It starts but just freezes out at 0%.. I did a scan and i picked up 118 chanels with only 6 working????????

Any Ideas please

No joy i am afraid!!!! When i go to download it tells me the STB updater application has stopped working and freezes at 0% yet again....

You sure you still aint got an analouge feed?

I know some areas in ireland do. these boxes wont work until the upgrade has been done.

No its definately digital box that much i do know as it was only installed lately

Im stuck then mate if all 3 boxes do the same then i can only suggest that there is a signal problem somewhere. obviously there aint fualts with all 3 boxes.

That bad luck couldnt happen to 1 person.

Unless you have the option to send them back. Get yourself a Dreambox DM500T.

Ha Ha your tellin me..... What i will do is try it in a mates house as he lives in a different area... Thanks for the help anyway.. The thing that gets me is that the box wont take the new firmwire ....It only goes to 0%.... Is there anything i could be doing wrong there????

Its not a firmware issue. Its an issue with the cable/cables you are using or your Comm Port set up.
