Eurovox EX1100 USB Purple Light Fix Help Needed!!!

Unfortunately same problem. just to double check this is what im doing

Box is plugged into pc with null cable and wall (but switched off)

In device manager port is set to com1
Run loader, set to com1 bitrate to 115200 and parinity none
Click connect then get this mesasage
Open Serial Port..
Sync to serial port..

At this point i tuen box on
Nothing happens just same screen for about minture and half then
Target not connect or target is error status!

try bit rate 9600
stop bits 1

also make sure bit rate is the same on the loader

Same problem! god this is so frustrating, It seems im just going to have to cut my losses and possibly invest in a brand new box

basically the loader is not connecting to the port for some reason or other (are you certain your cable is the null modem type and not just a rs232 cable)

you could also try unticking the Use FIFO buffers

Im pretty sure its a null modem cable, i purchased it off ebay after i got this problem, heres the link to the cable i bought
