If ur covered by virgin then they've probably brought in nagra 3. If thats the case then just enjoy the channels you have because the rest won't be coming back.

scrambled channels

you could try your a-z listings as most channels have 2 listings in a-z. some channels are getting swapped between the 2 just to sicken you if not try a manual scan. good luck
