Hello, i think i have done everything right from what i've read.
i have an EX5100 PVR, i have downloaded the newest firmware...i think.. i had to switch to a computer that had xp as windows 7 didnt seem to be working.
the system information screen reads;
Model: DVB-XC EX51000TDA
S/W Ver: 1.0 ST4 Jan 16 2009
H/W Ver: 2.0t K5 +D
Bootstrap: v001
S/W: Huro
is this the latest firmware ?
i live in washington tyne and wear, the required symbol rate for this location is 6.887, yet it does not pick up any channels on a power scan, i find that 6.952 works and finds the channels...
when it has completed the scan, the channels appear, yet only bbc one etc work...no sky sports or movies or racing...
i downloaded the firmware, 16-01-09, flashed it, it sais version 2, then download which i did, it said successful, then i did a power scan, then a deep scan...
the chanels always say scrambeled, i am in desperate need of help, i have read countless threads, done countless scans, and to make it all worse, i'm new to this
