Can anyone help?? Eurovox 7000 HD probs

Sorry if this comes across as me being completly simple/stupid, I'm new to this site so I'm looking for all the help I can get. I've had the Eurovox 7000HD for about 6 months now, no probs with it up untill about 2/3 months ago where channels have disappeared & I can't get them back, even after several re-scans..... most annoyingly of all box office. (missed far to much boxing)

Things I've tried:-

1. Factory reset & then done a full power scan
2. Fast installation
3. Deep Installation

I've noticed the signal strength is very weak when as far as i could tell it used to be pretty strong, last update Dec 3 2009. I tried to change the key code on the hidden menu but for some reason it won't save my changes nor can i workout how to change the second line (key 01) of code (i'm going from my previous knowledge of the Eurovox Max V 2008), i press the red button to save, but when i go back in it's reverted back to the wrong setting (NTL not TW). I'm kinda vexed any light on the subject would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

U will find that Narga 3 has been rolled out. No fix its a freeview box now dude!

first mate where do you live and have you recived your new virgin card yet ???
also check the list to see if your area has gone nag3 .
if you have gone nag3 its all over your box will only get channels 1-5 . if not get a memory stick and flash your box with the latest software and then factory reset and rescan
