    Eurovox 1100USB and Virgin Media

    Hi,
I have had the eurovox now for a few months, and not had any problems. However in the past two weeks Ive lost my phone and tv service twice, and had to call out an engineer. The first engineer said it was a fault with the exchange. The second engineer also went to the exchange and it was sorted.
Is the eurovox being detected and cut off? or is this just coincidence. I do not have my original box connected either.

    Thanks in advance.
