Poeple please let me know if i am doing something wrong but I have connected my laptop to a euorvox max via the null modem cable then run voxer and it did in fact detect the eurovox on com1 then I tried to recieve the service file but it justs sits at recieving 0% and does nothing granted it might be my computer but is there anything I am missing, thanks in advance

did you try switching power off then on again once null lead was connected ?
