try deleting all channels then doing a factory reset and then rescan .
but looking at the list below northwest london has been NAGGED .

if that is the case mate its all over (for now)

have you recived a new card for your original cable equipment yet ???

Oh I forgot to mention my remote control has stopped working a week before.

if you have not had the box long return it using the remote wont work and box not responding as the reason .
cable boxes are almost dead now.
i am in kent and we still have the use of the eurovoxes but i have now switched to paying for tv .
still use my 7000hd as a second box for now, but soon it will die to.
