theres no new firmware m8 if your losing channels its probably due to nagravision 3 vms new encryption

check 2 c if your in a nag3 area if not just rescan for channels.

I've noticed my fathers box has slowly been losing channels here in Cardiff...looks like Nagra is coming!

South Wales is slowly migrating to Nagra 3 but if you re-scan you can get the majority back!
