Hi, would be grateful for any help on how to record from the Eurovox5000 please, when i press record it says either no hard drive installed or its full and i have not got any idea what to do.

Make sure the HDD is pushed in all the way. Switch off and then back on and carry out a recording from the EPG first. Its just a firmware glitch with these boxes.
