Virgin Media channels

Does anyone have a list of all the Virgin Media channels and the channel numbers? I?m sick of doing a re-scan and then having to sort my favourites out so I?m just going to type in the channel number.

Hi, why don't you look at a TV magazine you will get all the channel numbers in it, we get a free one with the saturdays paper.

channels are moving about all the time just now mate i put up a cdf for glasgow last week and its out of date already. its a double whammy from vm nag 3 or channels moving about constantly.
