Eurovox EX1000 SL Sky Sports 1 and 3 problems

hi, were in Birmingham and are having problems with these channels, everything else seems to be working ok, but the picture is become pixellated and jumpy on these channels, Ive spoke to a few people who have suggested changing the frequency by 0.5mhz, we are currently on 595mhz so have tried 594.5mhz and 595.5mhz to no avail, Ive done a full power scan, tried shutting the box down overnight, and the same keeps happening, are we using the correct frequency (595) ? or is there something else that might work ?

Im hoping to watch the boxing on Sky Sports 1 tonight so if anyone can help Id be really grateful,

Ive got the one cable coming in from outside to a metal splitter, which splits into TV, Phone and Broadband the TV lead then goes rounds the back of everything through to my cable/eurobox

u have to remove and try box straight to the one feed from outside , if the channels r ok its the splitter

its been fine up until a few weeks back, then just sky sports 1 and 3 went dodgy, everything else is cool could the splitter affect this ?

or phone vm and say your signals crap ,, but l take it u have a vm box have u ?

yeah Ive got a VM box, Ill try and work out how to do that thing youre on about my TV and box though are 10 ft away from where the cable comes into the house

did u fit a splitter or is it a vm one . ie have u split the cable so u can add the eurovox ?

disconnected the splitter that VM had fitted and connected the TV lead into Virgins box on the wall, and everything works fine TV wise, Ill nip to Maplins in Erdington and pick up a new splitter

bought a new splitter and exactly the same is happening, if I disconnect the internet and tv from the splitter and go straight to the wall it works, is there a recommended splitter ? or is it a case of just doing what Im doing until they roll out N3 in Brum
