eurovox 1100usb.sound problems

Hello friends, I have been trying to fix my eurovox all day and although i,ve made good progress in as much as i now have my channels back after re flashing but the sound is very jerky!!
Have scanned using direct feed ,did factory restore , deleted all channels ect. now i,m stuck on what to do next.

I know we dont have much longer with these box,s but would like to keep it on till the end

check that your scart lead is in the box TV socket and goes to the AV1 socket of the TV
check that the scart is fully pushed home at both ends
you could also try another scart lead

Thank you so much. It was a scart lead not connected properly
it,s still not perfect, but it,s much better.
