also where are you, this may save you a bit of time, your area may be nag 3 which means your box wont work, whatever software you put on, then its time to get a refund if pos, who sold you this.

Thanks for your help, i have the box scanned now but alot of the channels still show scrambled

do i need to flash this again using a different firmware.Thanks again
