Has nag3 taken over

does anyone know if nag3 has taken over my area i am in nuneaton just outside coventry so take it i am under coventry area i turned my box on this morning and all i am getting is black screens but not getting the scambled logo so have some hope please can anyone help
also i have a ex1100usb box

I live in leamington spa my ex1100 went of this morning along with 4 of my freinds who all have ex1100.

but my inlaws who have a 1000sl in coventry and theres is still working.

also my parents have a max v box and they live in leamington spa too and theres is still working.

has leamington been hit by nagra 3 or not.

will a factory re-set, re-load firmware and deep scan fix the 1100s?
