eurovox ex1100

I have a eurovox ex1100 and up till rcently had it all working with no probs, all the channels etc. Lately channels have stopped working saying they are scrambled epg still comes with whats supposed to be on etc but no sound or picture. I have tried to deep scan it several times though the same thing happens

Any ideas or help

hi iam in the teeside area and a lot of my channels have gone also. someone told me that all boxxes are gonna stop soon is this true. or do i need a firm ware update

Teesside has gone nagra 3
pretty soon all channels will have gone, there are no updates its the end of line
