EX5000 Flashed But no channels

I have just got a new Box and flashed it with the latest v1.1a - then did a reset on the box but not a single channel! The cable is producing a great signal on my V+ box but nothing on any frequency on the Eurovox...any suggestions??

menu...installation....fast install...chosse provider..6952 (tw)..6887 (nthell)..then hit ok....no splitters on the feed when scanning,the pass is 0000.

Yep - the cable feed is good as I get a great signal to my NTHELL box but nothing from the 5000 - not using a splitter - do I need to? I am wondering if the box is duff but it took the download etc no problem! - Cheers for the replies by the way!

Check you have put the cablefeed to rf in..on the eurovox.

Checked that - it seems to be getting a good signal both levels are in the green but still no channel numbers coming up!!

When this box scans it will count up to 770..then it will count the tps.can take a good 15 mins..let the scan finish,try both sym rates..6887/6952..one will provide results.

try starting scan from 323

Cheers - should the CH NUM be indicating channels as they are found cos its just sitting there blank at the minute!

Let the scan finish,if you had mhz,dropping in the blue box on scanning,itl find the tv channs.

I have problems with this box on the ex-TW network it just doesn't scan in the transponders weather you do a power scan or a quick set-up scan or anything else !! it seems to be set-up more for NTL than TW so mises most of the transponders when scanning ? what i have done is use my original channel back up from my old eurovox-max (blue) and then rescan this seems to work fine.

Pain in the arse if your ex----------TW though Arnet's Kryptview are better for us i think.

never had a prob myself..im ex t/w....peeps scan with splitters on or forget to return the box to factory default b4 scanning,which causes most probs...or a old cdf.then clear the data,then powerscan will do the trick..like ya say.

i think its due to setting jumps you can miss all your channels depending on how big the jumps are ie 320000 might jump to 327000 and miss out the transponder at 323000

all my transponders start at 323000 so i start my scan from there to save time just change it about it will work
