eurovox e5000 not working

i only get a few channels working, i tried updating the firmware but nothing happened, i dont know if i did it properly.....help!!

Ali-boy try doing a clear data/factory reset and then a full re-scan on the correct symbol rate.
What area are you in as nag3 may be in your area.
