Help please!

My Eurovox 5000 has stopped working in Kildare from May 31st 2010. I need to find out if Chorus (UPC) in Newbridge changed to Nagra 2 or Nagra 3? If it's Nagra 2 then I can fix.

download the latest firmware from the downloads section and then do a power scan. if no channels show up then its very likely you have been hit by nag3. did you not get a new card issued for your subbed box recently.
