no volume on my ex5000 pvr

got up this morning to find no volume on any channels with my ex5000 pvr, did rescan no joy got pictures on all channels put a dvd on and volume fine so its not the tv. Have rebooted box any suggestions welcomed hope its not the beginning of the end

check your scart lead at both ends make sure its in properly.
