eurovox ex500pvr recording

Hi all

Just got a pvr and it works great. Records fine and have all the channels etc. Have a couple of questions;
1, once I've recorded onto HDD how do I transfer it onto a computer - do I need to buy some sort of caddy or usb cable?
2. Do i need some sort of software to view it on a computer, what fiel does teh eurovox save it as?
3. Anyone know how to sort out the sync problem after pausing or rewinding?

Sorry to say you cannot transfer recordings to a PC as it will just format your drive and you will lose all recordings.

Regards the sync issue a factory reset will usually solve it but you will have to scan again and sort your channels if you have them set up to your preference.

What firmware are you using as the sync issue was prevalent on 1.1 not 1.1A?

Nice box but still one or two bugs.

I have the same sync issue using 1.1a, try pressing pause and leave for a couple of seconds and then play again, it usually brings the sync back to normal.
