Digivox XL - Where's the USB port?

Hi,
My grandpa bought this digivox xl off someone over a year ago and all was fine but he's lost loads of channels and I'm trying to update it for him. I read that you need to update/flash firmware via USB but this box doesn't appear to have a USB port. Where is it?!

Or am I doing something wrong entirely?

I could really do with some help!

mate your in the wrong section but your right the xl has no usb it has to be flashed with nullmodem/rs232 cable.

Sorry, I couldn't see the right place. Is there somewhere you can point me towards for the software required? I found the cable on eBay but need to know where the software is and how I go about using it! I noticed some software in the downloads section but I'm not sure if it's the right thing.

Thanks but how do I shove this onto the non-usb digivox xl with my cable? Will the box mount as a harddrive on my computer or will I need specific software for flashing the box's firmware?
